Born in the Sutherland Shire, Heather established the practice in 1985 with the goal to provide a family friendly clinic committed to technical excellence and empathetic care.
Heather is an avid traveller and walker. She has three now adult children who attended local schools and the whole family were involved in weekend sports. All three have worked with mum, making it truly a ‘family practice’!

Demetra graduated with honours from the University of Sydney and has worked with Heather since 1991.
Demetra takes the time to understand the person behind the smile, crafting a treatment plan that not only ensures optimal longevity but also addresses your unique needs.
All four of Demetra's children have been involved in local sporting, dancing, and artistic activities. So you may have already met her out and about!
DR ANJULI KANEY

Anjuli graduated with distinction from the University of Western Australia. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and their families, aiming to make each dental visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She especially enjoys working with children and nervous adults.
Anjuli is also a published author of the children's book 'Benny and the Boogie Monster' and a proud mother of one with another Bub on the way in 2024!

Heather's passion for dentistry was inherited by her youngest son, Keiran. He is enthusiastic about all aspects of dentistry and regularly attends educational courses to enhance his skills. Keiran takes pride in supporting anxious patients to overcome their fear of the Dentist.
Beyond the dental chair, Keiran enjoys exploring the great outdoors through hiking, cherishing quality moments with friends and family, and indulging in the arts.

About US
We are a general dental practice who specialise in family and anxious-patient care. We aim to provide quality treatment which provides our patients with excellent long term oral health. As an independently run dental practice, our management and ownership is not connected to a health fund or large corporate entity.

Practice owner, Dr Heather Tindall, brings over 40 years of practising experience. She works closely with each of our dentists to ensure the highest possible treatment quality.

We keep our team small so all our dentists know your full history and preferences.

We enjoy getting to know the person behind the patient. You will feel like an individual during your visit and won’t be lumped in with thousands of health fund members.

Our dentists are not under any strict deadlines and always have the freedom and time to develop and tailor treatment plans focused on long-term oral health.

There are no restrictions on treatments available due to Health Fund exclusions or qualifying periods allowing you freedom of choice when it comes to your treatment.

We have the time to put you at ease. Understanding that your trip to the dentist can be stressful, we take time to make our patients feel comfortable and at home.

We are not restricted by your choice of health fund and can provide on-site e-claims.

We provide Medicare bulk billing for Department of Veteran Affairs only. If you are on any other Medicare benefits scheme, please call the surgery to discuss your options prior to your appointment.
